In St. Croix, we have not had the rate of foreclosures seen in some of the states Dennis mentions, like California, Florida, and Nevada. But our market has softened, as a result of the "mainland" problems.
This means buyers have more choices and better negotiating power. Our economy is very strong, and growng.
